An irrigation technician recording a checkup on a tablet while sprinklers run, with faults labelled on site: a broken head, poor coverage, overspray, and repairs logged against Zone 12.

Irrigation inspection and reporting built for landscaping professionals

Ditch the clipboard and the one-size-fits-all paper form. Record the system, tag the repairs, photograph what you found, and send the office a completed inspection report before you leave the site.

Easier checkups. More repairs. Less water wasted.

Detailed inspections lead to more repair opportunities and customers who trust your professionalism.

Capture the whole system

Pumps, backflows, controllers, and zones saved as property assets to make repeat site visits easier to inspect and handoff to other team members. Information no longer stuck on paper.

Photos that make repairs obvious

Make repair approvals easier with photo evidence tied to each repair callout, cleanly included in the checkup report.

Office tweak, not rewrite

Tech can send the inspection report and draft quote to the office for a quick review prior to sending to the customer. Nothing waits for the end of the shift, and nothing gets re-typed.

Quality control

Know every asset was actually inspected, with Positive AssuranceTM

  • Color-coded shields show inspection coverage for every pump, backflow, controller and zone.
  • The office confirms nothing was skipped before the report reaches the customer.
  • The report itself shows what was inspected, instead of listing all property assets and leaving the customer guessing when no repairs are needed.
A checkup open in the app with a color-coded Positive Assurance shield beside each asset: green where every item was checked, yellow where only some were.
Reporting

Your customer gets a real report, not a grid sheet to decipher

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have doubts? Here's everything we think you should know.

What type of checkups can I perform?

Whatever your work calls for. Rather than a fixed set of checkup types, the app is built around report templates you configure yourself: you choose which sections, assets and callouts appear on each one.

That means a repair-focused template that captures issues and cost estimates, a conservation-focused one built around timer settings and water use, separate residential and commercial versions, or a template for a specific customer who wants something particular. There is no limit on how many you create, and each can be changed as your process changes.

What information does the app allow me to record?

Fields available include:

  • Client and site information (contact name, address, phone, email, account number)
  • Pump information (manufacturer, model, location, size, geo-location, pictures)
  • Backflow information (manufacturer, model, location, size, geo-location, pictures)
  • Controller information (manufacturer, model, location, sensors, master valve, number of zones, geo-location, pictures)
  • Program settings (watering days, cycle start times, zone run times)
  • Zone information (label/description, type of landscape, type of heads, flow rate, valve geo-location, pictures)
  • Zone and Asset repair issue callouts completely configurable by user, with common fields provided by default

Can new fields be added?

Yes. You can customize which callouts (questions) are shown for each section. You can customize further by showing some callouts on one report template (for example, Residential) and different callouts on another (for example, Commercial).

Is it possible to hide fields I don't need?

Yes. Each template can be customized to display only the fields you want to record in the report.

Can I see a sample report?

Definitely. View a sample report showing every field in use.

You can also take a test drive on the free trial. Note that the trial has limited fields and produces a watermarked report.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account page, using the Billing Portal at the bottom.

Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next term, and you keep access until your current subscription expires.

Can I request a refund?

Unfortunately not. We do not issue full or partial refunds once you have used the application.

We suggest taking a test drive on the free trial first, then paying for a monthly subscription if you are still not fully convinced the application meets your needs. You can upgrade to the annual plan at any time to receive the discounted rate going forward.

Do you offer phone support?

Not at this time. We are available anytime through our support email, [email protected], and we strive to reply promptly.

Note that we are Texas based and keep office hours in the central time zone.
