Each company account needs a core subscription ($79/mo) that includes access for a single administrator user. For solo irrigation professionals, this is all you need. If you have additional company users that will use the platform, each additional user needs a "Team Member" subscription ($49/mo).

Each subscription user logs in with an email and password, which ties that user's name and email to records created and edited on the platform. Generic logins, like an office email, can be used by multiple people, just not concurrently. The platform will kick off the originally logged in user when a second login is detected.

The admin user role can do everything on the platform: change company configuration, manage subscriptions, and view/edit/delete all checkup records. The manager user role cannot change company configurations and cannot manage subscriptions, but can view/edit/delete all company checkup records. The technician user role can only view/edit/delete their own checkup records. This is the least privileged role.

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the first day of each month until you cancel the subscription. You can pause a monthly subscription for any team member for up to four months. You can pause the admin user's subscription for up to four months if all team members are also paused.

Annual subscriptions are billed for the entire 12-month term at the start of the term on the first day of the first full month. Annual subscriptions cannot be paused.

No. All company subscriptions must have a matching term.

Since all renewal billing occurs on the first of the month, you are charged for the remaining days in the current month until the next first of the month.

You can cancel anytime from your account page, using the Billing Portal at the bottom.

Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next term, and you keep access until your current subscription expires.
